Thank you for choosing Perfume Wall. We are committed to providing a reliable and hassle-free shopping experience by ensuring your orders are processed and delivered as quickly and securely as possible.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation and successful verification.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp (where applicable), allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery Time

We aim to deliver all orders within 2–5 business days across Pakistan. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery timeframe, occasional delays may occur.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE nationwide shipping on all prepaid orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A non-refundable advance shipping fee of Rs. 500 per kilogram is required to confirm COD orders. The remaining order amount is payable to the courier upon delivery.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all major cities and regions across Pakistan through our trusted logistics partner, Leopard Courier.

If you would like your order to be shipped through a different courier service, please contact us before placing your order. We will accommodate your request where possible; however, any additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you receive an incorrect item, or your shipment is lost during transit, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate and resolve the issue promptly, you may be asked to provide:

  • Your order number.
  • An uninterrupted unboxing video.
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging, if required.

Eligible claims will be reviewed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
